is a musically driven comedy series for children (at heart). The stories take place in the magical town of Kammafontein.
Farmer Daan is a “green” farmer. He has free-range animals on his farm. He also uses solar power and makes sure he utilises the grey water on the farm. Daan’s tractor runs on old cooking oil.
Kok De Kok is a world famous cook. Everything on his menu is top quality. Farmer Daan provides all the organic ingredients for the chef's delicious dishes.
Kammafontein’s sweetheart, Mila is a nine-year old adventurer. She plays a lot and runs all over town, connecting the town and it’s inhabitants. She is fearless, inquisitive and a true eco-warrior.
These two donkeys are the eyes and ears of the town. They miss nothing and often sing about their experiences.
Mila’s cousin is obsessed with technology and prefers sitting in-doors, all day long. When he arrives in Kammafontein, he starts to realise that there’s more to life.
This rat, loves mischief and
eating out of rubbish bins. His
biggest dream is to fly, like his
partner in crime, Links.
The PA-DAH’s is a trio of fabulous singing frogs who’s melodies can be heard deep into the night.
Katinka Koetsee-koei is a lady hippo, with a lot of stories, and she loves nothing more than sharing it with the PA-DAH’s, who hardly ever gets a word in.
This greedy bat, is always up to no good. He’s always on the lookout for things that don’t belong to him, to add to his treasure chest of stolen goodies.
Kamma-Kamma is comedy puppet series, for the whole family. It doesn’t underestimate children’s intelligence, it challenges it. This show is made for kids and their parents to enjoy, even after the fiftieth time. This is not The Muppets or Sesame Street: it’s Kamma-Kamma! This is kids entertainment populated by characters whom drive a number of important, current issues, without hard-selling it, but rather packaging it in a fun, twelve-minute sing-and-do-along.
